MEP Buddy collects your name, Stanford email address, incoming class year, and clerkship schedule data that you upload. We use Google Sign-In for authentication and do not store your Google password.
Your schedule data is used solely to show you which classmates are on the same clerkship rotations. Your information is only visible to other authenticated Stanford SoM students.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
By default your schedule is visible to other authenticated users. You can turn off schedule sharing at any time from your profile settings.
We use only essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
